In other news, the police made an arrest in the tire slashing incident, well three arrests, I suppose, three "juveniles". The Sergeant in charge of the case asked those of us who had to replace tires to send him a copy of the receipt, since he is trying to build a case for restitution. I'll believe that I'm getting anything not when I get a check, but when it clears...

Anything over $300 constitutes a felony, and since it is, they may not be able to 'hide' this in their juvenile record. I doubt you'll get any restitution, just from having been in the game before. I know it sucks, but there's always hope for a Bubba!
