So this is the photo that got into the student art show. Toni and Jessica and I went to the opening this afternoon, and everyone's work was really good. I won the Photography Award for the above photo, which is a $35 gift certificate to Picture perfect Photo, a camera shop in Richmond. Pretty cool. I'll have to stop in there sometime and see what they've got. I actually have never heard of them until today, so it might be a good idea to stop in there anyway. Anywho, that's the big news for now. I may post again later if I think of something else wonderful to say. :^)
Oh yeah, Toni and her daughters and I went to the EKU Dance Theater Show on Friday night. It was really good. I got us front row tickets somehow, and I took lots of photos because a couple of my classmates were dancing in the show. I have to go through them, and then I'll put them up on the fotopage. I'm feeling kinda icky right at the moment--a combination of the heat (!) and hunger, I think. The hunger I can fix right now, so I'm off to feed my face. Later!
